What is this survey about?

This survey is to learn about pip's users. In this survey we ask:

  • about your usage of Python and pip
  • why and how you started using Python
  • if you are living with any disabilities, and if so what effect (if any) they have on your usage of Python and pip
  • if you use assistive technologies when using Python and pip
    and how they work for you
  • where you get support when you have issues with pip

How long will the survey take?

It will take between 15-25 minutes. We really appreciate your time.

As long as you keep the web address open, the survey will remember your answers for up to 24 hours.

What will you use this information for?

The pip team will use your input to prioritise the improvements needed for pip. Your input will make a difference to all pip users.

Follow-up interview

When you complete this survey, we would appreciate the opportunity to interview you. This would be no more than 30 minutes. More than likely this would happen remotely, using the method of your choice (web conference, telephone).

If you are interested in being interviewed as part of this research, during the survey we ask for an email address and name to contact you.

Your anonymity

No-one apart from the UX Team will know you took part in this research. Your name will not be shared outside the UX Team.
